New LeanClean Low Cost Flex Rotating Basket Parts Washer

Berlin, CT - JENFAB® (Jensen Fabricating Engineers, Inc.) introduces the latest addition to its industry-proven, Lean Clean line of cellular parts washers designed for lean manufacturing. The Flex Cell parts washer incorporates many of the same parts cleaning features that have made the larger Lean Clean 360 model so successful, including part rotation, high pressure spray, immersion cleaning and a powerful, turbulated bath. The washer is designed to thoroughly clean blind holed screw machine parts, small machined parts with intricate cavities and tubular parts.

Flex Cell's cycle is automated and PLC controlled to provide a powerful spray wash, immersion wash, submerged and turbulated spray plus blow-off. The cleaning chamber accommodates standard 9" x 12" x 6" baskets and can be adapted to accept baskets as large as 10" x 18" x 6". During the cleaning cycle, all solution is continually recirculated, filtered and discharged back onto the parts, all chips are completely flushed away, and parts are thoroughly cleaned.

The machine has the smallest (2' x 4') footprint and the lowest cost of any rotating basked immersion washer available, yet produces cleaner parts than larger, more expensive machines. Its ergonomic design makes the Flex Cell as easy to use as your kitchen sink. Lean Clean Flex Cell is also available with an 18" rotating turntable in place of the rotating basket, which makes it the most versatile cellular washer available.

JENFAB® produces compact cellular systems for lean manufacturing, multi-stage, and automated systems for in-line production. These systems can remove oil, grease, metallic fines and chips, and process loads from 50 to 35,000 lbs/hr. Since 1960, JENFAB® has been a leading designer and supplier of aqueous cleaning systems to the aerospace, automotive, medical, bearing, stamping, electronics, screw machine, plastics, and fastener industries.
