Alliance Express Launches New Caster Line Featuring 100 New Products
Alliance Express has launched a line of casters featuring 100 new products. Extensive research beginning in early 2012 went into developing the new product line which features several styles of casters in a variety of materials. Casters add to Alliance Express’ broad product range which also includes; access hardware, leveling mounts feet, tube inserts, glides, fasteners, circuit board hardware, wire management/cable ties, hose protection, masking products, pipe & flange protection and general protection products
Alliance customers can choose between five different materials in a variety of sizes with load capacities ranging from 88 pounds to 1102 pounds. Hard wheels are recommended for light to heavy loads, roll with less effort and work best on equipment that is not moved often as they will be less prone to flatten over time. Soft wheels are quieter than hard wheels and are recommended for light to medium loads on equipment that is moved often.
In addition to material choices, Alliance offers swivel, swivel brake, rigid, bolt hole and bolt hole brake casters. Pack orders can be split between different types for customers requiring rigid and swivel casters for the same piece of equipment.
While Alliance Express casters are sold complete with wheel, bearing and housing, replacement caster wheels are also included in the product line. The replacement wheels are suitable for the maintenance of casters and are available in the same materials; nylon, polyurethane, black rubber, elastic rubber and plastic.
