Cast Aluminum Solutions ("CAS") releases the Cast-X 4000, its most powerful indirect circulation heater to date.

Batavia, IL -- Cast Aluminum Solutions (“CAS”) releases the Cast-X 4000, its most powerful indirect circulation heater to date. At just over 2 feet tall and 11.6 inches in diameter the Cast-X 4000 delivers 60 kilowatts of power in a very compact unit.

The cast-in construction contains 422 inches of 1” diameter stainless steel tubing coiled around tubular heating elements and supports liquid flow rates exceeding 20 gallons per minute. Since the material being heated in the tubing never comes into direct contact with the heating elements the Cast-X 4000 is ideal for indirect heating applications where fluid contamination and fluid cleanliness are important. Available product options include agency approved electrical housings which allow the Cast-X 4000 to be used in a wide range of application environments.

The CAS design outlasts and out performs typical immersion heaters. The CAST-X 4000 delivers high performance, long life with low maintenance for minimal down time and a lower overall cost of ownership than competing technologies.
