New Case Sealer Runs Both Tape and Hot Melt Adhesive, Providing Maximum Flexibility

Tarpon Springs, FL -The new Model 436 top case sealer is small in size at 10' long, but a giant in production, built with a stainless steel frame and welded and bolted construction to tackle the most demanding case sealing challenges. Seal with tape and hot melt adhesive interchangeably on this versatile machine, which is designed for maximum packaging flexibility. Built with independent sealing modules for tape and hot melt adhesive application, this sealer changes from one sealing method to another in minutes: simply unlatch the sealing module using the quick-turn clamps, remove the existing module, and replace it with the alternate sealing module. If only one sealing method is desired, the case sealer may be furnished for tape or hot melt sealing only.

No-tools case size changeover is completed in minutes using hand crank handles. This superb flexibility makes the Model 436 the solution for contract packagers and manufacturers who supply custom packaging for a variety of customers.

This workhorse case sealer is built with features to ensure reliable production at speeds to 50 cases per minute. The pacer belt infeed is designed to accept cases spaced, or back to back and time them at correct intervals into the sealer. Cast aluminum flap folders gently close the outer flaps to form square cases, and no-crush roller compression wheels ensure proper sealing of slightly underpacked or out-of-spec cases. All operating components are enclosed inside the sturdy gull-wing style guarding with clear, high visibility panels, which stop the machine when opened.
