The C-Matt(TM) Sealed Mattress from CASCO Manufacturing is a totally sealed foam core mattress for use in dormitories, hospitals, or shelters. The C-Matt is designed to provide comfort, support and total protection against contamination from external moisture, bodily fluids, and bug infestations.
Casco uses Radio Frequency (RF) technologies to seal the tri-laminate Herculex II® vinyl cover over the RichfoamTM polyurethane foam core, creating secure joints without the use of threads, punctures, or zippers. That means the integrity of a C-Matt Sealed Mattress' foam core remains uncompromised throughout its long, productive life. It means odors can be wiped away in seconds, using standard disinfectants. It means stains and soiled mattress covers are a thing of the past. It means real savings in maintenance and replacement costs.
C-Matt Sealed Mattresses are available in two sizes (80" x 35 1/2" x 5" and 84" x 35 1/2" x 5") and are compliant with California Technical Bulletin 117 and Fire Code 1633 flammability standards.
