CAS Offers in-House Temperature Calibration Service

Fully-Calibrated Temperature Dataloggers Prove Regulatory Compliance

CHESTERLAND OH-CAS DataLoggers is proud to announce it will soon be offering in-house temperature calibration service to customers, utilizing its wealth of electrical engineering knowledge and experience to offer a complete datalogging solution to meet the demands of any temperature monitoring application. CAS has recently acquired temperature calibration equipment and will provide the service for many of its temperature dataloggers including Accsense, T&D, and other dataloggers using an external sensor. The service is planned to begin within the next 45 days.

This new calibration support comes directly in response to an increased demand from users across a broad variety of applications, especially in the medical and life sciences industries. CAS currently plans to offer the temperature calibration service in the range of -20°C to 100°C (-4°F to 212°F). Along with calibration, CAS will also provide customers with an official calibration Certificate of Conformity as proof of regulatory compliance, and can also provide temperature calibration data. Customers in the medical industry will especially benefit from having documented proof that their dataloggers are up to the most exacting accuracy standards. CAS DataLoggers will be among one of the few distributors to offer calibration services, and plans on offering pricing competitive with third-party calibrators. Currently the focus is on temperature calibration, but CAS also plans to expand this feature to include other kinds of calibration including current and voltage by the end of the year.

CAS also expects to provide onsite calibration service as an added convenience for customers to help them with recertification of previously-installed temperature monitoring systems and datalogging solutions. These include wireless and wired solutions from trusted manufacturer Accsense, which are so user-friendly that they eliminate the need for IT department involvement or costly training sessions for personnel-all these systems need is an Internet connection to start monitoring. CAS also offers high-quality wireless dataloggers from T&D monitoring temperature, humidity, and voltage/current for industrial, environmental and life science applications.
