Hotset's Improved Small and Mighty



Hotset has reengineered its 1/8" (3.04-3.15mm) diameter "Small and Mighty" cartridge heater to ensure the highest quality with quick delivery times.

This high watt density heater, a proven design commonly used to heat small parts, torpedo systems and manifolds, uses supply voltage ranging from 24 to 240 VAC which can avoid the use of costly transformers. Maximum recommended watt density is 120, subject to design considerations.

Standard construction of the heater uses a premium quality MgO core in a 321 stainless steel sheath with a hermeticallv sealed welded end. Options include swaged-in or crimped lead wires in Teflon or fiberglass insulation.
