Cartridge Feed Systems handle highly viscous materials.

Press Release Summary:

Dispensit® Titan 200 ACO(TM) and Titan 128 transfer abrasive and/or extremely viscous materials from cartridges to any dispense valve with material pressures up to 200 psi. Titan 200 uses 20 oz cartridges and requires only plant air pressure to produce 2.0:1 material pressure power factor. Titan 128 uses 1/10 gal caulking cartridges with threaded outlets. Both can be mounted close to point of dispense, reducing hose length, flow rates, and pressure drops.

Liquid Control Introduces Two New Dispensit® High Viscosity Cartridge Material Feed Systems

North Canton, Ohio-September 5, 2002-Liquid Control, a leading manufacturer of meter, mix and dispense equipment for single and plural component materials, introduces a new technology in material feed systems. The Dispensit® Titan - 200 ACO(TM) and the Titan 128 provide a cost-effective method of transferring highly filled viscous materials to the dispense valves.

Both the Titan - 200 ACO(TM) and the Titan 128 have a robust design, and transfer abrasive and/or extremely viscous materials from their cartridges to any dispense valve with material pressures up to 200 PSI.

The Dispensit® Titan - 200 ACO(TM)

o Features dual Titan 200's with automatic cross over controls.
o Uses 20 ounce cartridges assuring fresh material supply from the dispense system by eliminating production interruption to change the cartridges.
o Requires only plant air pressure to produce 2.0:1 material pressure power factor for effective and leak-free material transfer.

The Dispensit® Titan 128

o Uses 1/10th gallon caulking cartridges with threaded outlets.
o Requires only plant air pressure to produce 2.5:1 material pressure power factor for effective and leak free material transfer.

The Dispensit® Titan - 200 ACO(TM) and Titan 128 high viscosity cartridge feed systems eliminate complex and high-maintenance transfer pumps, material regulators and valves with minimal material shear. The compact design allows for mounting close to the point-of-dispense, reducing hose length, diminished flow rates and pressure drops. The easy tilt and load design also allows for fast and simple cartridge replacement without air entrapment.
