Global Storage Systems Launches New Carton Flow Product - SureFlo(TM) - The New Standard in Rollability

January 31, 2003 - Global Storage Systems is pleased to announce the launch of SureFlo(TM) Carton Flow Rack, the latest addition to its line of dynamic storage products.

SureFlo(TM) is a wide track wheeled carton flow that emulates the simplified site assembly of a full width roller system.

SureFlo(TM) offers a significant performance improvements over previous technologies, involving wheeled tracks set in shelf beds, or full width rollers.

SureFlo(TM) installation is literally a "snap" as the roll tracks are be snapped on to extrusion hangers, that are slipped over the top of rack beams.

For customers looking to convert under-utilized racks to higher throughput carton flow bays, conversions are simple and very inexpensive. SureFlo(TM) fits into any existing rack design. Only roll track, extrusions and simple adapter clips need be purchased.

Global Storage Systems will be the primary distributor of SureFlo(TM) in the United States.

SureFlo(TM) has been engineered to provide the durability of full width rollers. It also offers improved rollability over both full width roller systems and conventional wheeled track systems.

SureFlo(TM)'s ease of re-profiling is unmatched in either of these prior systems. With a quick twist of the Adapter, SureFlo(TM) can be instantly repositioned left or right. Vertical profiling is similarly easy, when optional Micro-step Connectors are used.

Diamond Phoenix has already installed SureFlo(TM) in a turn-key "pick to light" installation for Imagistics division of Pitney Bowes, in Columbus, Ohio.
