Carrier Vibrating Equipment Announces the creation of New Holding Company, CPEG, and the Addition of S. Howes LLC


Under the new Carrier Process Equipment Group, Inc., the two companies will offer customers a comprehensive range of bulk handling and processing equipment



LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Kentucky-based Carrier Vibrating Equipment, Inc., internationally known for outstanding innovation in the field of vibratory technology, and New York-based S. Howes LLC, a leading designer and manufacturer of processing equipment, announced the creation of CPEG (Carrier Process Equipment Group, Inc.), the new holding company under which Carrier Vibrating and S. Howes will operate.

Schieber, CEO of CPEG, and President and CEO of Carrier Vibrating Equipment. "Carrier and S. Howes are recognized for innovation and advancement, and hold more than 100 patents and an array of proprietary technologies. By leveraging the capabilities of both businesses we can deliver new solutions to our customers."



Both Carrier Vibrating Equipment and S. Howes design and manufacture equipment for bulk solids handling and processing applications. Their combined product lines include: dryers, coolers, feeders, screeners, filters, size reduction equipment, mixers, separators, conveyors, spiral elevators, shakeouts, and recycling equipment.

CPEG was officially formed as a 100% employee-owned holding company in the second quarter of 2016.  The company plans to increase staff at both Carrier Vibrating Equipment and S. Howes as a result of the reorganization.
