Carrefour Renews Its Trust in Datalogic Mobile

Datalogic Mobile signs a new contract with Carrefour to supply its retail stores with mobile computers for the next three years
Eugene, OR -Carrefour, the largest retailer in Europe and the second largest retailer in the world, once again teams up with Datalogic Mobile, one of the world leaders in the mobile computer industry, for the supply of mobile computers in its retail stores. This time, the Memor(TM) and Falcon® handheld devices will be used for Carrefour's retail in-store solutions.
Thanks to Datalogic Mobile's extensive experience and capability of satisfying even the most challenging requirements in the retail market, its latest contract with Carrefour has been renewed for the next three years.
Datalogic Mobile can now add the Memor(TM) and Falcon® to the list of mobile computers sold to Carrefour since 2004. These mobile computers will be used for various applications on the shop floor and in the back room, such as inventory and shelf replenishment, reducing error rates significantly and also for a new application giving more "mobility" inside the store. In fact, during the testing phase, Datalogic Mobile's solution proved to be the most accurate and reliable and will now extend to the over 30 countries involved in this collaboration. This, along with Datalogic Scanning's in-store solution using presentation scanners, handheld devices and fixed position scanners, will now cover the entire Carrefour Group chain.
