Carl's Jr. Franchisee StarChasers Signs with Beanstalk Data for All 38 Locations


CHARLOTTE N.C. – Carl's Junior Franchisee StarChasers Oklahoma and Beanstalk Data jointly announced today that the franchisee is adopting Beanstalk Data's Marketing Master and Loyalty products at all 38 of their Carl's Junior locations with the blessing of Carl's Junior corporate offices.



Well-known in the QSR world for decisive, early adoption of new technology, StarChasers President Stephen Anthony recalled learning about Beanstalk's platform, "Greg Gower [VP and General Manager of Xpress POS at Xpient Solutions saw it and said, 'Hey, you really need to see this.' A couple of days later we did.  We had a signed contract within 30 days."



Anthony went to highlight the features that really intrigued him. "The integration with the point of sale system, as well as the fact that all offers are license plated to the actual member -- there's no sharing of the offers.  Then there's the fact that their campaign engine and loyalty engine have the ability to do a lot of randomization of the offers.  And we don't want to have some people at a desk putting in names - we wanted no human intervention to onboard any new people. We also like how the system integrates with our Mirus cloud reporting platform."  



And Carl's corporate office? What did they think?



Anthony responded, "Mike Murphy President of Carl's Jr. corporate stopped by our California office while he was en route to San Diego.  He asked us to present the program to his executive team that same week. We got approval to run it within ten minutes.  It got some heads turning over there."
