-Carbide Tipped Blade for Case Hardened Materials -

East Longmeadow, Mass. - Lenox is pleased to announce the addition of Lenox HRc Carbide(TM) to its line of high quality band saw blades. Lenox HRc Carbide is ideal for hydraulic cylinder manufacturers and mills that cut small cross sectional parts made of hard to cut materials.

HRc Carbide features a 0° rake angle. Its carbide tipped teeth are designed to cut through induction hardened chrome plated (IHCP) shafting, case hardened materials and difficult to machine materials with ease.

Offered in standard positive tooth form for aggressive cutting or a Vari-Tooth® positive design for less vibration and quieter cutting.

Available in sizes including: 1-1/4" x .042" (34 x 1.07mm), 1-1/2" x .054" (41 x 1.37mm) and 2" x.063" (54 x 1.60mm).
