Fine-Pitch Carbide Blade Makes Smooth Cuts In Small Diameters

Broadening its line of highly productive carbide bandsaw blades, Bahco offers the 3868 Fine Pitch Combo® for cutting stainless steels and aerospace alloys in small diameters. The new blade is optimized for thick-walled tubes, bundles and workpieces two to three in. diameter. Its finer pitch provides more tooth contact for better chip loading, longer life and smoother cuts.

The Bahco 3868 Fine Pitch Combo blade comes in a ¾ pitch version, 1 ¼ in. wide and 2/3 pitch, 1 ½ in. wide. The variable tooth pitch reduces noise and vibration. All share the Triple Set® Xtra design for good kerf clearance and longer life in the most difficult-to-cut steels.
