Capping is Made Better and Easier by New England Machinery

New England Machinery (NEM) has made feature improvements on their rotary chuck cappers. The new modular design enhancements include a compact frame with easy to change stations and stylish, frameless guarding. The changes allow for a smaller footprint, increased throughput, and electronic programmability for easier setup and changeover. Similar machines can offer interchangeable change parts allowing the versatility of running the same product on multiple machines. Changeover is a simple, tool-free process that is quick and easy for operators to perform. The new design includes a high efficiency main drive motor to save on energy, a re-designed lift drive, an option for corrosive products and an FDA lube option.

The newly refined capper will be featured at Pack Expo Chicago, 2010 in New England Machinery's Booth S-2247. "We are excited about the new design." states Judith Nickse, CEO of New England Machinery, Inc. "The frameless guarding eliminates dust-collecting areas and is ideal for pharmaceutical and clean-room applications. The changes we've incorporated enhanced our already great cappers making them even better and simpler to use."
