Caluco's New Collection Exceeds Expectations at This Year's High Point Market
Custom Patio Furniture to Premiere Soon in L.A., Houston and Dallas Showrooms
San Fernando, CA April 12, 2011- Earlier this month, Caluco debuted their exclusive new Ferrara and Vittoria custom patio furniture collections at The High Point Market, the largest furnishings industry trade show in the world with an average of 85,000 attendees, to extremely positive reviews.
"People were anxious to touch and feel the handcrafted woven materials and they were curious about the unique manufacturing process. Many visitors to our Pavillions Building booth asked how they could get the collections to sell in their stores. They said they'd never seen anything like it before," says Caluco's sales manager Ari Tuvia.
Both collections were created by in-house Caluco designers who have an extensive portfolio in outdoor furniture design. The materials chosen for the collections are a powder coated iron designed with wires in distinctive designs. The unusual gray and white weave is handcrafted by talented craftsmen in the Philippines who have crafted furniture for several notable Hollywood clients.
The collections will be available in 6 weeks at Caluco's partner showrooms in Los Angeles, Houston and Dallas. In the meantime, the company will be reaching out to existing customers via email with photos and information about the collection. They have also partnered with the Doug Miers Group, which has sales reps throughout Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Miers brings over 40 years of experience and connections in the furniture market to Caluco.
