Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Inc. Announces Calibration Manager 4.1

STATE COLLEGE, PA - For Immediate Release - Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Inc. announces the next generation of calibration software, Calibration Manager® 4.1. Powerful new features were integrated to improve productivity and manage regulatory requirements while maintaining the flexibility to apply your existing business processes. With input from hundreds of Calibration Manager users, we added over 20 features in 4 core areas essential to regulated companies.

Version 4.1 delivers the fourth generation of ER/ES functionality designed to be FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. Now Equipment Master records and Measurement Data Records can be electronically signed in addition to Equipment History records. Rules for signing and reasons for signing are definable, different rules can be created for each typo of record and users can have different signing rights in multiple data sets.

Measurement Data Collection is bolstered to handle more data, including process tolerance and can accept instrument readings or 4 - 20 mA process data. Out Of Tolerance conditions create user alert flags to catch problems before losing product. Enhanced Measurement Data Templates pre-configure required data fields and can automatically generate test points to save time and reduce errors. Measurement Data Charts display instrument accuracy and drifting trends for print or paperless analysis.

The Automatic Notification System provides timely alerts for event scheduling, electronic signature routing, Out Of Tolerance conditions, and others. Alert messages can be sent to the Calibration Manager In-Box of users and to email addresses, assuring all equipment owners are notified.

Version 4.1 utilizes the full functionality of the Best in Class report writer Crystal Reports®. In addition to the 50 standard reports, 4.1 includes 18 Key Performance Indicator reports to track important business metrics.

Blue Mountain continues to set the standard for Best In Class functionality with Calibration Manager® 4.1.
