Powerful Part Modeling
Mastercam X Wire delivers a new, streamlined CAD engine that makes design work easier than ever before. Geometry that you create is "live," which allows for modifications until the part is exactly how you want it. Mastercam X Wire includes:

Other Enhancements
Machine and Control Definitions are virtual descriptions of the actual machine tool and control you will use to cut a part, allowing Mastercam to automatically customize its interface based on your CNC machine. This means that Mastercam is aware of what the machine can and cannot do, helping ensure a correctly programmed part. Tab creation lets users quickly add multiple tabs to any piece of geometry. The 'No Drop Out' tab option helps avoid slivers. Mastercam Wire's wirepath verification lets you watch your part being cut from a block of material with Mastercam's solid wirepath verification. Dynamically view all the information about tools and operations at any point in the wirepath.
