A line of zero-halogen, polyketone cable ties that are unaffected by moisture, most chemicals, acids, sunlight, and extreme temperatures has been introduced by NELCO Products, Inc. of Pembroke, Massachusetts.
NELCO Polyketone Cable Ties are flame retardant and contain no halogens, making them ideal for use in enclosed environments, and are non-absorbent. Resistant to UV, most chemicals and acids, they can be continuously submerged in water, do not become brittle, and operate from -50°C to +100°C.
Featuring a rounded and recessed head and a rounded tie body to reduce strain when closed for greater strength and durability, NELCO Polyketone Cable Ties have graduated notches for stress-free tensioning. They come in sizes from 8" to 31" long and either 50- or 100 lb. tensile strength.
