Thomas & Betts Adds 11"-14" Combination Lengths to its Line of Ty-Rap® Tote(TM) Cable Tie Dispensers
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - March 16, 2006 - Thomas & Betts now offers a cable tie dispenser for cable ties that range from four to 14 inches in length with the addition of the Ty-Rap® Tote(TM) 11"-14" Combination Cable Tie Dispenser. The new dispenser complements the line of Ty-Rap Totes for four- and eight-inch cable ties.
"We now can offer the convenience of a cable tie dispenser for the most popular sizes of cable ties that we carry," said Rob DeWeez, product manager for Thomas & Betts' Industrial Products Group. "In order to free the installer's hands, the dispensers are designed to clip onto a belt or tool pouch so that cable ties are within reach. This also reduces the number of Ty-Raps that are dropped and lost, which saves time and cost. The dispensers are particularly useful for installers who are mobile, are working in locations without much space or are climbing up and down ladders."
The Ty-Rap Tote 11"-14" Combination Cable Tie Dispenser is constructed of a durable, but lightweight, polyester exterior and a vinyl interior, with two diamond-shaped cutouts for easy access to cable ties: the lower cutout is for 11-inch cable ties and the upper cutout is for 14-inch cable ties.
Ty-Rap® Tote(TM) 11"-14" Combination Cable Tie Dispenser includes 100 each of 14-inch cable ties. A re-sealable hook-and-loop flap makes refilling the dispenser easy.
