Schleuniger Introduces the new CoaxStrip 5300 MX
Schleuniger is pleased to introduce the CoaxStrip 5300 MX programmable micro-coaxial cable stripping machine. The CoaxStrip 5300 MX is a programmable multi-step stripping machine for micro coaxial cables and tiny single conductor wires that require the utmost in precision. The CoaxStrip 5300 MX offers precise, productive, and repeatable stripping of micro-coaxial cables with inner conductors ranging from .003" (0.07 mm) or 42 AWG up to a maximum cable diameter of .080" (2 mm).
The CoaxStrip 5300 MX will be positioned as a replacement for the model MC 252, a proven machine that served the market well for many years. The new CoaxStrip 5300 MX takes the best features of the MC 252 and adds a number of improvements and enhancements. The most notable improvement is the user interface, which uses state of the art electronics and software, making it easier than ever to program and use this type of machine.
The CoaxStrip 5300 MX offers the following advantages compared to the MC 252:
Maximum stripping length increased from 1.0" (25 mm) to 1.14" (29 mm)
Cable clamping force is programmable instead of fixed
Menu guided programming
Graphical User Interface
