CableCoiler 500 Wire and Cable Coiling Machine
Schleuniger is pleased to introduce the CableCoiler 500, the newest addition to its family of wire and cable coiling machines. The CableCoiler 500 is the perfect accessory for coiling a wide variety of wire and cable types as they exit from upstream cutting and stripping machines. The new CableCoiler 500 uses an optical sensor to interface with the cutting and stripping machine, making integration a snap. The optical sensor provides the necessary speed information which the CableCoiler 500 uses to synchronize the coiling pan speed with the speed of the wire or cable being coiled. A 12" diameter coiling pan is standard, however other coiling pan diameters are available upon request.
