This marvel of conveyor system technology is the simplest and most cost-effective way for any-sized company to kit, box build and assemble products. The innovation lies in FLEXconveyor's ease: roll the fully assembled conveyor sections onto the factory floor and clamp! No tools are required. Now, a factory setup that used to take weeks or months to plan and build can now be completed in hours!
Using the Bliss patent pending quick clamp and release device attached to each end of the conveyor section, a conveyor system can be configured and reconfigured to your specifications and ever-changing product-line needs. Each conveyor section is free standing on four Bliss Total Lock Casters, heavy duty 5" diameter casters rated at 250lbs per caster which safely lock the entire conveyor in place, yet easily unlock for relocation. The zinc plated steel rollers and Bliss Blue painted frame are fully ESD compliant with an ESD drag chain on each conveyor section.
