Advanced Logic and Memory Burn-In with Test

(Minneapolis, MN) Micro Control Company announces the LM-1 Logic and Memory Burn-In System. The LM-1 is a sophisticated burn-in-with-test system that can be customized to burn-in different device types during the same burn-in cycle. Ideally suited for production quantity burn-in of high and low-power logic devices, flash memories, DRAMs, and SRAMs. The LM-1 has a system capacity of 1536 devices when individual
temperature control is required or 6400 devices when individual temperature control is not required and a conventional burn-in cycle is run.

Features
o Memory and logic testing capability.
o 16 independent pattern zones.
o Optional individual temperature control for each device under test up to 20 Watts
for a total of 1536 devices.
o Large system capacity of up to 32 burn-in boards.
o Programmable temperature control up to 150º C.
o Up to 128 digital I/O channels per burn-in board.
o ASIC architecture for per-pin timing, testing, and formatting of pattern data.
o 300 amps current per burn-in board.
o Scan mode vector memory up to 1G deep.

Micro Control Company's LM-1 Logic and Memory Burn-in with Test System will be introduced at SEMICON West 2006 in booth 7811.
