Bunting® Achieves CE Certification for HF Drawer Magnet Products
NEWTON, KS - The Bunting® Magnetics Co. HF Series Drawer Magnet product line has earned the CE mark for the European Economic Area (EEA). The CE marking certifies that a product has met EU health, safety, and environmental requirements, which ensures consumer safety.
The CE certification pertains to Bunting® standard HF Series Mild Steel Drawer Magnets, HFS Stainless Steel Drawer Magnets, Manual Self-Cleaning HF Drawer Magnets and the Pneumatic Self-Cleaning HF Drawer Magnets. All Bunting HF Series Drawer Magnets are equipped with powerful magnetic cartridges to handle a wide range of separation tasks in mechanical and gravity flow applications.
"Including our FF Series Drawer Magnets and Machine-Mounted All-Metal Separators products, this is our third product line to earn this certification, stated Barry Voorhees, Bunting® Manager of Technical Services and Quality Assurance. Bunting® HF Series Drawer Magnets have been designed to handle a wide range of separation tasks. To fit them for specific installations, they can be supplied with top and bottom spouting adapters for square, rectangular, or round spouting. They can be configured with two or more trays arranged so that the magnetic cartridges are staggered to increase contact with the product flow. Material moves in a zig-zag pattern from one cartridge tray to the next for exceptionally thorough cleaning. They are also available in utility, powder, food, and sanitary construction grades with three types of magnetic cartridges, three cleaning options, and stainless steel construction.
