Pat Mooney Inc. will be Introducing the OMP Bundling Lines at Fabtech 2014
The Event will be taking place Tuesday, November 11th through Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the Georgia World Congress Center located at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW Atlanta, GA.
OMP’s bundling systems bring new technology to forming bundles of tubes. Systems can suit every production environment from hexagonal, square-to rectangular bundles up to 7,700 LBS of weight. Operation and installation is managed in a short time frame enabling the customer to have the bundling system ready and productive in a short period of time.
The machine’s operation is controlled by a PLC system and it has a modular design allowing it to limit the amount of cables needed for installation. This system encompasses several advantages both during the startup and installation and then in operation.
Each line can be configured with waste separation systems, sewage systems and water blow-pipe, weighing systems, and systems for printing labels to put on the beam pipe. In addition, an integrated transport system through pipe roller ways is available.
