Forklift Style bulk bag discharger
Forklift Style bulk bag discharger provides a safe, clean and economical solution for discharging bags up to 4000 lbs.
Bulk bags are loaded and unloaded from the discharging frame with a Forklift truck saving the expense of an electric hoist and trolley. The framework is 4" sq. tubular washdown construction with no holes protruding to the inside of any tubing, all tube ends are capped, angled or rounded surfaces are utilized to promote drainage, and pockets for material or water accumulation are eliminated. NBE's Bridgbuster massage paddles ensure complete material discharge from the bag into the customer's process equipment. The polished 304 stainless steel unite box mounts directly to the customer's process equipment and provides the operator access to the discharge spout for dust free unloading. The upper section of the frame has 30" of adjustability to account for variances in the customer's bag heights.
