Buffalo Computer Graphics' Awarded GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract

DisasterLAN (DLAN) Incident Management Solution Now Available through GSA Advantage!

BUFFALO, N.Y. – After a rigorous review of the company's products, services, financial standing, and customer satisfaction record, Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG) was recently awarded a GSA Information Technology Schedule 70 Contract. The new contract will allow eligible local, state, tribal, and federal agencies to buy DLAN software and services at a preferred contract price directly through the GSA Advantage! website (www.gsaadvantage.gov), simplifying the buying process for current and new customers.

DLAN incident management system is used internationally at the territory, state, first nation, region, county, and local levels of government, as well as in private-sector corporations and educational institutions. BCG hopes that their new GSA Contract will augment their expansion into the federal marketplace.

DLAN is a state-of-the-art, web-based incident management system that provides information, workflow, and communication tools to help emergency and event managers work as quickly and efficiently as possible. It provides an easy-to-use, highly configurable interface based upon the workflow requirements of the emergency management community during day-to-day operations, preplanned events, and emergency situations. DLAN is accessible from all mobile devices; highly secure; fully IMS, ICS, and NIMS-compliant; IPAWS, CMAS, and MASAS interoperable.

BCG engineers work to constantly add new features and enhancements to DLAN. They recently released DLAN 9.1, which expanded the functionality of the Status Board module, allowing for customization and multiple boards, and added powerful social media tools, allowing users to receive, respond to, and retweet Twitter messages directly from DLAN. The upcoming 9.2 release will improve tracking for large volumes of assets, update the DLAN Damage Assessment mobile application, and add automatic email notifications. BCG hopes that the additional features and enhanced functionality, coupled with an easier buying process, will attract new government customers.

Buffalo Computer Graphics' GSA Contract number is GS-35F-531BA and the contract period runs from 9/24/2014 through 9/23/2019. The applicable SIN numbers on Schedule 70 are 132-33 (Perpetual Software License) and 132-34 (Maintenance of Software).

BCG is a global provider of Incident Management Software, Mass Notification Systems, Maritime Training Solutions, and Custom Hardware Software Engineering. The ability to provide COTS and custom-tailored solutions that integrate with client's existing infrastructure is what sets BCG apart from its competitors.
