Budzar Industries Acquires BV Thermal Systems
Budzar Industries, Inc., a leader in process fluid heat cold transfer systems that measure and control the temperature of primary processing equipment, announces the recent acquisition of BV Thermal Systems, LLC of Modesto, California.
BV Thermal Systems, designs and manufactures refrigeration-based, temperature-controlled liquid recirculation systems and water-cooled heat exchanger systems. BV Thermal Systems serves semiconductor fab plants, scientific instrumentation labs, medical (lasers, blood analyzers, MRI systems,CT scanners), bio-med, pharmaceutical, EDM and other high tech companies in North America and abroad.
BV Thermal Systems, which previously operated as Bay Voltex, is now the designer and manufacturer of the well known Bay Voltex Chillers which were introduced in 1980 and are found primarily in the laboratory, semiconductor and medical industries. Dave Pease, former owner of BV Thermal Systems, will be working with Budzar for 6 - 12 months to assist in the transition. All other BV personnel will remain with the company at its Modesto, CA, facility.
