BTECH Announces: Battery Asset Management Program

BTECH announced a new Battery Asset Management Program that is designed to help
new customers become proficient at utilizing vital battery data provided by their new
BTECH Systems.

The predictive capability of BTECH Technology eliminates a major risk to your mission
critical systems. BTECH Technology identifies batteries in their earliest stages of
deterioration and then delivers vital early warning e-mail messages to give you the time to avoid sudden and catastrophic system crashes.

Options available to each new customer include real-time remote monitoring of UPS
battery systems via dial up or network access, the option to e-mail specific data to
BTECH for analysis and telephone help line are among several options.

Tom Leonard, BTECH President & CEO, stated "the new offer responds to end user
support and orientation needs". "This new program sets BTECH apart from competitors
especially in this economic climate where customers need the assurance they will
receive a solid return on each capital dollar they invest"

There is no charge for the Battery Asset Management which runs for 90 days following
system installation.

Questions about the program can be directed to Joseph Centurrino, by phone at 973-
983-1120 or e-mail jcenturrino@btechinc.com .
