24 Volt Brushless DC Mini - Gearmotor Supplied with Integral Optical Encoder



Midwest Motion Products of Watertown, Minnesota, is pleased to announce the release of a new Brushless DC Gear Motor / Encoder, the Model No. MMP.BL3056-24V.GPT-071.E-1024. Operating as a "Hall Cell Commutated" Brushless Motor this DC Gear Motor measures just 32mm in Diameter, by 109 mm long, with a "True Planetary" Gearbox. The output shaft is 6mm diameter, 15mm Long, and is provided with a Shaft Flat for secure coupling to the load.. Mounting is accomplished with 4 M3 face mount threaded screws, on a 26mm diameter bolt circle.

The Gear motor, equipped with a 71:1 ratio Gear ratio, is rated for 3 Nm of continuous torque, at 3.6 Amps of current. The Gearmotor is capable of, and tested to, 6.5 Nm of Peak Torque. Typical options available with this, and the entire line of Servo Motor include integral Optical Encoders, Failsafe Brakes, Analog Tachometers, and optional ratios ranging from 3:1 to 450:1. The company offers standard or low backlash precision gearing.
