Our CB Lite II(TM) is perfect for Small Production Runs, R&D Projects and Job Shops - now with a simple, repeatable PLC-setup to control heat, air and water cycle times. It is easy to re-tool and re-torch for quick application changeover. Designed for use with rings or preforms, it is small, lightweight, easily movable, and easy to operate and service.
Now you can automatically braze your parts with consistently high quality joints. The unit will oscillate the torches across the joint or rotate the part for uniform heating. You can now reduce labor and alloy costs, while improving cosmetics and joint strength.
The operator simply loads a part and pushes a button. All of the timing is preset in the PLC and the part is brazed exactly the same way every time. No more inconsistent quality, cold joints, wasted alloy, re-braze operations or the need for highly skilled labor. To change parts, simply drop-in a new fixture, replace the manifold, and key in a new part number. If it is a different size of the same part, you may not even need to change the manifold!
