Brass Shaft Collars for Pumps, Mixers And Impellers



A new line of brass shaft collars that provide a cost savings alternative to 316 stainless steel, or where systems use brass components, is being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Brass Shaft collars feature one- and two-piece fully split designs that are available in standard 1/4" to 6" sizes. Ideal for use with pumps, mixers, and impellers, they are a lower cost alternative to 316 stainless steel and are fully compatible with systems using brass components.

Suitable for OEM and end-user applications, Stafford Brass Shaft Collars can be modified to suit design requirements with special features such as keyed-, threaded-, square-, and hex bores, flats, drilled and tapped holes for component mounting, knurls, grooves, and other treatments.
