Created as a helpful guide for the overvoltage circuit protection needs of today’s sensitive electronic equipment, Bourns’ new GDT training module examines in detail which devices specifically address the application, performance and cost requirements of a broad range industries and applications. Spark Gap devices, acquired from Jensen Devices, AB. The new devices are designed specifically for voltage controlled switching of capacitive discharge circuits where a high energy, low loss and fast rate of switching performance are required.
