The bollard is made from low-density polyethylene thermoplastic and fits over existing guard posts for a quick, easy and permanent installation. The New Planter Bollard not only eliminates painting it adds color and life to steel bollards. The top portion of the bollard is shaped as a bowl to use for plants, ash tray or a bird bath. Available in custom colors and heights, fit 6" & 8" pipe.
