RTC (Return Temperature Control) Improves Hydronic Technology



Lancaster, PA-Burnham Commercial is pleased to announce the availability of the RTC Return Temperature Control. The RTC Return Temperature Control provides an economical and effective means of boiler protection from thermal shock and sustained condensing operation. The RTC monitors the boiler return water temperature and operates a 3-way diverting valve and boiler circulator to maintain a minimum return temperature of 135° F or greater.

The RTC kit provides set-point control, outdoor reset, and an LCD display to monitor and regulate return water temperature. It also counts boiler run time and the number of boiler cycles and provides built-in off-season pump and valve exerciser. The control is available as a Basic RTC Kit or an RTC kit with Outdoor Reset. It can be ordered as an addition for an existing boiler or ordered with your next V9 or V11 Burnham Commercial boiler purchase.
