Productions Solutions to Debut New RED-E-SET XHD Line at SMTAI



POWAY, CA — Production Solutions Inc., manufacturer of the industry-leading RED-E-SET Board Support System, announces that it will debut its new line of RED-E-SET Xtra High Density (XHD) products in Booth #914 at the upcoming SMTA International Exhibition, scheduled to take place October 15-16, 2013 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Texas.



The RED-E-SET XHD units offer the highest density pin coverage on the market and are designed for difficult-to-support PCBs such as very thin or highly routed boards. Production Solutions will offer XHD versions of its standard units as well as custom sizes. The custom size units will address those manufacturers that currently use custom milled support plates.



Additionally, company representatives will demonstrate the latest SZ tooling platform for hands-free, setup-free, tool-free operation as well as the complete RED-E-SET product line. With the addition of the XHD, the RED-E-SET product line now offers a full range of support tooling, from the GO! to the mid-range ML Manual Lock, to the fully automatic AS AutoSet.
