Ovation Expands Grid-Lok(TM) Portfolio with the Addition of Grid-Lok Silver
Bethlehem, PA -- Building on its award-winning Grid-Lok(TM) technology, Ovation has developed and made commercially available a convertible, manual-to-automatic Grid-Lok system called Grid-Lok Silver.
Recognizing that not all manufacturing operations require automatic tooling systems, - at least initially -- Grid-Lok Silver has been designed with process adaptability in mind. Assembly specialists can begin with the manual version and, through a few cost-effective modifications, can then convert Grid-Lok Silver modules to a fully automatic system. With the highest pin stroke in its class, Grid-Lok Silver delivers the ultimate in tooling height and control among single height systems. Currently, Grid-Lok Silver is the only market-ready automatic tooling solution that allows for operation in one of three working modes: manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.
