High Flow BLDC Diaphragm Pump

Trenton, NJ - KNF's new Model N838 twin-head diaphragm pumps are available in AC, economical DC and Brushless DC motor (shown), and two flow ranges, 42 and 64 lit./min in a compact package, with an achievable end vacuum of 27"Hg (68 Torr). These pumps are super quiet, have a long lifetime and are suitable for continuous-duty surgical suction devices and aspirators. BLDC models feature very low EMI and RFI levels permitting use in sensitive applications, and voltages under 42 VDC eliminate many regulatory requirements. The BLDC model features wide-range remote speed control and logic on/off capability. The pump's structured diaphragm controls flexibility and power to improve efficiency and lifetime. A patented, multi-port valve design offers higher flow, gas tightness and withstands condensate droplets without performance loss. These pumps are used by medical device manufacturer for use in surgical suction, liposuction, analyzers, and sampling systems.
