LaGrange, GA - (March 15, 2002) -Wheelabrator's 14 cu. ft. Super III Tumblast(TM) system offers low cost surface preparation of component parts in a wide range of applications. Designed for batch cleaning of castings, forgings, and other metal working pieces, the Super III Tumblast system provides unequalled performance and durability in extreme conditions. The Wheelabrator(R) 14 cu. ft. Super III Tumblast system is ideal for scale, rust, sand and contaminant removal; preparing surfaces for coating, grinding or machining; as well as deflashing, deburring, and shot peening.

Using a 15" bi-directional Wheelabrator wheel with patented curved blades, the machine boasts a 14 cubic foot work capacity and has a cast manganese wheel housing with three-piece Long-Lyfe(TM) liners. Integrated with (optional) automated load and unload features, the Super III Tumblast can operate as a continuous system.

Each Super III Tumblast machine is pre-wired to a machine mounted terminal box for easy connection to the separate control panel and operator's station. Field wiring time is reduced to a minimum.
