Blakell Europlacer Limited Receives Largest Order in Its History

Tampa, FL - Europlacer, a manufacturer of market-leading flexible SMT placement machines, announces that existing customer VadaTech Inc. has chosen Europlacer to serve their expansion plans later this year.

Headquartered in Henderson, NV, VadaTech, Inc. is a leading edge board-level design and manufacturing company focused on quick-turn designs for the embedded market.

"VadaTech continues to rapidly grow due to the success of our innovative embedded computing solutions across multiple industries," said Saeed Karamooz, President and CEO of VadaTech, Inc. "As such, VadaTech has chosen Europlacer as a key supplier towards our investment in state-of-the art SMT equipment. Europlacer's excellent performance and exceptional support made them an ideal partner for our manufacturing expansion."

"We are very pleased to be serving VadaTech because they are a uniquely talented business from top to bottom.  We are entirely focused on exceeding their expectations as their assembly expansion continues. We are thrilled that their business is thriving and equally excited that they selected us for their journey," said John Perrotta, VP.

The XPii-IIT is a seamless, high-speed extension of the highly flexible iiNEO SMT pick-and-place platform, incorporating dual 12-spindle "Tornado" heads which enable at least 10 percent faster speeds than the standard 8-spindle head. Europlacer's customers broadly report incomparable productivity from XPii-IIT with iiNEO-IIT, even in the most demanding high-mix, higher volume environments.

Both XPii and iiNEO-II share the company's proven core features - turret heads, intelligent feeders, and powerful software. Many EP users start with the iiNEO pick-and-place machine when sizing their lines.  iiNEO accommodates up to 264-8 mm feeders with extraordinary flexibility to support high productivity in high-mix environments. When additional line capacity is required, the XPii is typically added in front of the iineo to effectively double productivity without doubling the required floor space.

About Europlacer

Europlacer became a division of Parable Trust Ltd. in 2013. Europlacer has been developing machines for SMT electronics assembly since the 1970s and invented the intelligent feeder concept in the 1980s. After acquisition by Blakell Europlacer in 1991, the company moved away from split-axis to the inherently more capable X-Y architecture that underpins the company's pick-and-place machines today. Europlacer's policy has been to ensure wherever possible that technology purchased many years ago, especially feeders, remain compatible with the latest pick-and-place equipment. Europlacer designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of highly flexible SMT pick-and-place systems for the global electronics industry.
