Singapore Based Company Target Europe with Face Recognition Technologies

XID Technologies, an innovative biometric face recognition company based in Singapore, was one of the many highlights at this years CeBIT exhibition in Germany.

On show at CeBIT, XID displayed several of their face recognition technologies including their award winning, add-on face recognition tool designed to improve the performance of face recognition engines - "Predictive Face Synthesis".

On display for the first time was XID's new Image Correction Tool. This innovative tool reconstructs inconsistent facial images. For example, a database may contain faces that are rotated to the left or right - XID's tool performs frontal reconstruction of these images and produces a frontal image ready for matching.

Also on display at CeBIT, was XID's latest Authentication Kiosk designed primarily for Access Control as well as for registration of visitors/patients at healthcare facilities for example.

"Visitors to our stand were primarily system integrators and security solution providers.
