Original Press Release:

NEW Baumeister Tyer Added to the Jenton Packaging Range

The Baumeister ADT – Binder ties products as diverse as asparagus, hoses and pencils securely into bundles using the absolute minimum of packaging - binding product using a thread which is tensioned, knotted and released in under a second. The user can gently bundle sensitive products or even tie up heavy products tightly. The ADT Binder can also bundle products with uneven surfaces.

As well as thread tying, options include elastic string, covered rubber thread, braided elastic string, and rubber bands; the bands can even be branded with the customer logo.

Baumeister’s new thread holding system prevents leftover thread building up around the tying mechanism and reduces the susceptibility of the binding mechanic. The unit has been constructed to enable quick and straight forward customer servicing.

“We are very pleased to have this welcome new addition to the Jenton Packaging range to exhibit at Ecopack” says Jenton’s director, Richard Little. “The new unit perfectly complements our existing range of banding equipment, offering a low cost minimal packaging solution for bundling of irregularly shaped products”.

The Jenton Packaging Systems sales team will be on hand to discuss their other packaging machinery, also on display at the show;

*The ATS CE 240, Bench top Banding machine, available as either a bench top or trolley mounted machine, offering an economical method for holding together a stack of product using either paper or film. Applications include currency, labels, and envelopes.

*The ATS US 2000, Ultra Sonic seal Banding machine, is the automated heart of the range, available as either a system module, for integration into an established process line, or a standalone machine on wheels. If you have a more specific automation application we can supply the machinery to suit your production requirements
