Binder Holder Improves Ergonomics, Facilitates Training

Press Release Date: February 27, 2003 Body Text: WATERTOWN, MA - Production Basics introduces the Binder Holder, a document storage product designed to ergonomically position instructions and quality documentation that production operators use. Without the Binder Holder, operators store binders on shelves and have to retrieve and replace them with every use. Binders are placed in the nearest open space, often blocking access to tools or parts, or taking up valuable workspace needed for assembly. This product utilizes a double swing arm for optimal positioning of documentation. The swing arm can be easily moved out of the way when not in use.

"As manufacturing processes have become more complex, there has been a growth in the need to document all stages of the process," says John O'Kelly, Sales and Marketing Manager. "This product is a tool that present assembly instructions in a clear, organized manner, ensuring a higher level of accuracy in the production process."

The Binder Holder is versatile in application. It can be used in assembly lines, laboratories, warehouses, shipping departments and data entry stations.

The Binder Holder is 12 inches wide and 9 inches tall constructed of 12-gauge steel and comes with a standard 1-inch ring.
