Advance Lifts, Inc. of St. Charles, Illinois now offers a line of bin tilters to enhance ergonomics in material handling applications. The bin tilters are designed to lift and tilt loads to the operator, thereby eliminating repetitive bending and reaching.
There are 3 types of bin tilters. The BT model is a portable fork type unit designed to handle bins and containers. The BTS model is a portable straddle fork type unit designed to handle pallets. The BTP model is a stationary pan type unit designed to handle any type of load placed in the pan by a pallet jack or fork truck.
The units come in capacities of 2000 lbs. and 4000 lbs., and tilt up to 87 degrees. The BT and BTS models are manually portable and have a DC power unit for tilting, and a built in battery charger. The BTP unit has a 1 HP AC 110 volt motor.
