Product Release Demonstrates Oracle's Commitment to Siebel Products

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Jan. 16 /- Building on its ongoing commitment to enhance Siebel applications as part of the "Applications Unlimited" program, Oracle today announced the release of Siebel Communications Billing Manager 5.1.1 and Siebel Communications Billing Analytics 5.1.1, two key components of Oracle's Siebel Self-Service Solutions. The enhanced offerings will help customers dramatically cut costs by giving them comprehensive online access to billing data and the most advanced reporting capabilities available.

Oracle's Siebel Communications Billing Manager 5.1.1 and Siebel Communications Billing Analytics 5.1.1 enable organizations to improve customer service while reducing the overall cost of serving customers. Siebel eBilling Manager 5.1.1 now includes convergent bill presentment functionality to easily link multiple services within one self-service experience, increased scalability for large business-to-business and business-to-consumer accounts and enhancements to further strengthen performance and security.
