New Bending Machine
Tube Fab Machinery introduces their new 2" bending head. The new bending head is offered in a single head and dual head, bending machine for up to 2.0" OD tube. These machines are available with or with CNC controls.
Many improvements have been made to the 2" bend head resulting in an increase in bending torque to 92,000 in-lbs. An equally impressive increase to 17,000 in-lbs. in clamping torque has been achieved as well. Now both the main shaft and roll shaft are
support with a combination of straight and tapered roller bearings and not bushings.
The increase in torque has been achieved through the use of dual opposing racks in the main body. This greatly improves the system by allowing two smaller rack gears to displace more force in a tighter centerline package. The two opposing rack gears result in better main gear loading and thus increase the reliability of the rack and pinion system.
With their new design Tube Fab Machinery now offers an extended 2-year limited warranty.
