Bend Vinyl and Aluminum with One Machine
In keeping with their commitment to meet the ever changing industry demands, 3C CLOMEA and J&S Machine is now offering machines to bend PVC/Vinyl extrusions. This product is adaptable to the entire range of 3C CLOMEA bending machine models, allowing the user to bend not only vinyl, but aluminum and steel as well on the same machine. The PVC/Vinyl components are easily installed and are composed of heating elements, an electrical panel, and control console. The control console allows the user to manage the air emission of the heaters and keep a consistent temperature during the bending process. Custom rollers are designed with high precision for each profile to minimize deformation of the work piece. This newest addition to the 3C CLOMEA product line distributed by J&S Machine compliments the reliable range of high precision bending machines for metal and now PVC/Vinyl profiles.
