Unlike other brands, VESSEL's F12E Stat/Clean model is uniquely designed to allow the operator to replace spare parts right on the floor. The front guard opens and closes with one easy touch and the power shuts off when opened. Once the front guard is removed, the operator can easily access and remove the electric discharge plate to clean or replace the electrode needle when needed.
This "Do-IT-Yourself" advantage allows operators to keep the units in good running condition at all times, reduces downtime, and helps lower overall maintenance costs.
Moreover, with the new round electrical discharge unit, the F12-E provides a high accurate ion balance of +/- 5V or less. It's equipped with a highly reliable piezo transformer giving a consistent ion balance with little ozone generation (0.05 ppm or less).
Other features include an adjustable fan speed which is very quiet (52 dB), compact body suitable for cell production machines, uses a 24V low-voltage wiring to avoid current leaks or negative impact on peripheral components, and the operation and display panel is conveniently located on the top of the unit making it easy to view at a glance during operation.
