Prazi II Apollo PF7500-1210E High Speed Precision Benchtop Mill
The Prazi II PF7500 Series Model F1210E Super Precision Metalworking Benchtop Mill is manufactured in Germany for small and medium scale precision machining applications.
Robust compact mini bed mill design includes a dovetail column with square ways, which gives maximum rigidity on the extra long 11" Z-axis travel. The extremely quiet and smooth running mill head swivels 180°. The high speed 7500 RPM heavy-duty mill head spindle has infinitely variable speeds of 180 to 7500 RPM powered with 1.6 HP 220V 1 PH inverter motor. The PF7500 Series Prazi Mill offers forward reverse rotation with constant torque and an air-cooled motor feature.
The F1210E Mill weighs 260 lbs. and has a big 2.85" diameter quill, MT2 spindle taper and .0002" spindle accuracy. The unit is ergonomically designed for ease of operation and precision accuracy. Large hand dials are graduated in inches with fully adjustable gibs for X-Y-Z axis. Big 7.10" x 27.50" precision ground table has 10.25" x 5.50" travel offering the operator a large work envelope. Prazi also manufactures a smaller space saving F1200E version with a 7.10" x 17.76" mill table.
The PF7500 Mill is available in two, three and four axis CNC versions. A wide variety of optional accessories are available including in the field add-on CNC Retro-Fit Kits, enabling the operator to perform all milling and drilling applications.
